Jacob 4:9; “For behold, by the power of his word man came upon the face of the earth, which earth was created by the power of his word. Wherefore, if God being able to speak and the world was, and to speak and man was created, O then, why not able to command the earth, or the workmanship of his hands upon the face of it, according to his will and pleasure?”
D&C 93:23; “Ye were also in the beginning with the Father; that which is Spirit, even the Spirit of truth.”
1 Cor. 15:46-47; “Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual. 47 The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven.”
Well that’s a problem now isn’t it?
Who’s right – Joseph Smith or Jacob from the Book of Mormon?
Either Joseph Smith can’t be trusted with his translation skills or he misunderstood God when he wrote Doctrine and Covenants. Either way, he’s proven himself to be a false prophet!
