2 Nephi 10:7; “But behold, thus saith the Lord God: When the day cometh that they shall believe in me, that I am Christ, then have I covenanted with their fathers that they shall be restored in the flesh, upon the earth, unto the lands of their inheritance.”
Romans 11:25-28; “For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in. 26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: 27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins. 28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers’ sakes.”
Well now, this poses a problem for ol’ Nephi.
The Jews returned, but they’re unbelievers, so now what?
God’s word tells us there will definitely be a day He will save them, but this is after the fullness of the Gentiles has taken place. Stemming from events in 1948, we have another false prophecy from a false gospel and delivered by an angel of light no less.
