_____
The Greek word for grace is charis. (Strong’s #5485) The transliteration means favor or gift. Think today about what God has graced you with. Is it your very life, your spouse, children, or home? Has He healed you from a disease? How has He personally blessed you? Share with a Mormon how He has done this.
_____
Grace is not to be found in Mormonism. There is no favor with God unless you earn it. Bruce McConkie said; “Grace is granted to men proportionately as they conform to the standards of personal righteousness that are part of the gospel plan. Thus the saints are commanded to “grow in grace”’. Mormon Doctrine p. 339.
