Moroni 10:23; “And Christ truly said unto our fathers: If ye have faith ye can do all things which are expedient unto me.”
Philippians 4:13;I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”
Mormons can believe one of three scenarios in this Mormon scripture.
1.Either Joe Smith was confused over who said what.
2.He purposefully had Jesus plagiarize the Apostle Paul.
3.All of the above.
Given Smith’s track record, we’re going with the latter option.
How very, very sad this is for the Mormon people! Paul’s words have been a comforting reassurance to every Christian for 2,000 years. Our hearts break for those who’ve trusted in this false prophet, and continue to do so today.
Pray they’ll find the courage to trust what Jesus has given to them!

Or maybe, just maybe, they talked to each other…Paul and Jesus Christ, and Paul picked up a few things from Jesus. Hummmm, but that would be ridiculous. 🙄
Sorry. I read Paul, but was thinking of another apostle when I commented. Paul was not a contemporary of Jesus. But the idea still remains. Read my following comment. 😉😜
Maybe, just maybe, Paul picked up a thing or two from Jesus’ teachings, you know, since he was an apostle of…Jesus. Just a thought. 🙄
There are some who believe Paul shaped the Christian Church in his own way often ignoring the more contentious teachings we read in the synoptic Gospels. Many see some of the teachings as a form of universalism breaking away from the rigid authoritarian Jewish teachings of the Old Testament.
