In their routine fashion of diverting attention via means of confusion, the Church tweaked what it plagiarized from the prophet Isaiah.

The Church’s message on the importance of baptism has been stretched to its limit. They’ve made their canon so confusing, it’s difficult to determine which is worse – lying about the Israelites practice of baptism in the BC era (which they didn’t do), or retro-engineering what Joe Smith plagiarized from Isaiah’s prophecy.

Let’s sort this out to you can lovingly share this with the Mormon you know, and give demonstrative evidence of why their canon was written to confuse them.

Here’s what the original Book of Mormon said –

Supposedly, everyone in town thought Lamoni had died, and the queen (who by the way has no name), summoned the prophet Ammon to come in and resurrect her husband. Apparently, the king had passed out, and became unresponsive after hearing Ammon preach the gospel about a ‘Great Spirit’ who lives in, and rules from heaven.

bom.jpgThere are a couple of passages in the Book of Mormon we’re looking at today. Within these two passages, there are two possibilities of what took place when Jesus supposedly visited the Nephites soon after His resurrection

We’re listing our examples below, along with our questions!

In our first scenario we have Jesus ‘quoting’ the Apostle Peter before Peter has had a chance to write his part in the book of Acts.
