I Nephi 1:14 “And it came to pass that when my father had read and seen many great and marvelous things, he did exclaim many things unto the Lord; such as: Great and marvelous are thy works, O Lord God Almighty!…” c. BC 600 [emp. added]
Revelation 15:3 “And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints.” c. 95 AD
Right out of the gate at the beginning of Smith’s ‘inspired works’, we see that he’s copied God’s word which he condemned.
What are the odds Nephi would know what the Apostle John would say 600 yrs before he was even born? Hmmm…
You can find this and hundreds of other plagiarisms throughout Joe Smith’s work. Just how inspired is this if it came from someone else’s hand?
Be sure to share your findings with a Mormon, and let them know you’re sincerely concerned for the spiritual welfare.

“But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached is not after man. For I neither received it of man, nor was I taught it, but by revelation of Jesus Christ.”(Galatians 1: 11,12): “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and it profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.” (2 Timothy 3:16)
If God dictated His Word to one man, it makes sense that he would dictate the very same words to another man. “For I am the Lord, I change not.”(Malachi 3:”6).
I am not trying to justify the BOM in any way. Its just that if you talk plagiarism, you have to understand that God’s Word doesn’t change. The average Mormon is going to tell you that it only makes sense that God’s Word would be dictated the same way whether in the BOM as it would be in the Bible.
I know where they’re coming from, but the truth of the matter is that Smith plagiarized something before it was even written! 😉 I’m sure you’re arguing for how the Mormons think, so I just want to clear that up. If I’m wrong, and you’re arguing in defense of the BoM, then I’m concerned!
The entire BOM is rife with plagiarisms from the Bible and many other books, and the anachronisms are to many to count!
