13th President of the Church — Ezra Taft Benson — Served from 1985–1994
Ecclesiastes 9:5 tells us the dead know nothing. Furthermore, Jesus addressed the type of situation seen below in Luke 16:19-31 where it says dead people can’t visit other dead people, nor can they visit the living.
Mr. Benson’s teachings only serve the purpose of drawing attention away from the Lord, not to Him. As our Lord has said, Smith can’t change anything on earth now that he’s gone.

Teachings of ETB, p. 101 “The Prophet Joseph Smith was not only “one of the noble and great ones,” but he gave and continues to give attention to important matters here on the earth even today from the realms above.”

The word SEER in the Bible, is always referred to as a warning to people seeking out such people. . Yet, the Mormon church claims its prophets are SEERS, Prophets and Revelators. Just allowing oneself or one’s church leaders to be referred to as a “Seer” should give people pause before joining or continuing to be active members of the LDS church.
