April 15 – Everlasting Righteousness. Psalm 119:142 “Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, And thy law is the truth.”
_____
The transliteration for the word righteousness is ṣedeq. It’s listed 116 times in the Bible and means, ‘that which is altogether just’, the right (natural, moral, or legal). Righteousness, an attribute of God, compels Him to act in a certain way. This in turn serves as an absolute for man they can count on for life.
Mr. Hyde was ‘teaching for doctrine, the commandments of man’ (Mt 15:9), or in this case. the ‘theories of man’. How could God always be righteous if he was supposedly a child at one time?
