December 25 – Daniel’s Prophecy 483 Years to the Day. Daniel 9:25 “Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem, unto the Messiah the Prince, shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.”

Fulfillment: John 12:12-13; “On the next day much people that were come to the feast, when they heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem, 13 Took branches of palm trees, and went forth to meet him, and cried, Hosanna: Blessed is the King of Israel that cometh in the name of the Lord.”
If this prophecy and its fulfillment, isn’t in the top ten amazing facts in life, I’m not sure what else could ever be! By and large, Mormons typically aren’t aware this incredible prophecy even exists. While it’s still today, share this with a Mormon you know! We believe the Church doesn’t talk about this prophecy for a couple of reasons. 1.It gives credence to the reliability of the Bible. 2.It speaks to the fact Jesus is God.
Mormonism simply can’t afford to promote scriptures like Daniel 9:25, because it points directly to the omnipotence of God, and His presence in the lives of those who seek Him, and even those who don’t. This, however, should be no concern for any Christian man, or woman. He commissioned us to share His Good News!

Mormon Descriptions of Jesus for Christmas; ‘Though the Savior’s mother was mortal, He was born with the divine nature of His Heavenly Father. …“Our Savior was a God before he was born into this world, and he brought with him that same status when he came here. He was as much a God when he was born into the world as he was before. But as far as this life is concerned it appears that he had to start just as all other children do and gain his knowledge line upon line” (President Joseph Fielding Smith [1876–1972], Teachings of Presidents of the Church: Joseph Fielding Smith [2013], 314).” [emp. added]
