May 25 — Feigned Obedience. Jeremiah 14:14 “Then the Lord said unto me, The prophets prophesy lies in my name: I sent them not, neither have I commanded them, neither spake unto them: they prophesy unto you a false vision and divination, and a thing of nought, and the deceit of their heart.”

You can be humble by following the Lord’s directives, or you can look humble when you blindly obey false prophets. The latter is sin, and it doesn’t matter how humble you are while doing so. The end result of feigned obedience always ends in disaster.
The hidden message behind Mr. Andersen’s promise of safety is that Mormons will be exalted. This my friends, is a lie from hell. No one but God is exalted, furthermore the word exaltation isn’t even in the Bible.

General Conference, ‘The Prophet of God’, April 2018 “As you are humble in following the counsel of the Lord’s prophet, I promise you an added blessing of safety and peace.” — Neil Andersen
[…] Feigned Obedience […]
Thatś nice, Neil. Perhaps you can explain this. I´m curious about what you did to that poor protestant minister in the temple film? Poof, he´s gone. Your god gave you a very holy ordiance, a revelation, right?…from god´s mouth to Joseph´s ear, two months after Joe became a Mason…and lo and behold, people are wearing green aprons. Just wondering why bits and pieces of the temple ceremony are being erased? You promise mormons blessings if they follow the prophet but it is really hard to keep up with the game of Twister you play.
It makes for a sad day when they just keep playing their games. Case in point is my mother. The older she gets the more downtrodden she sounds. Sigh… Mind you, she’s only 17 yrs older than me.
I’m working on an article that’ll be done in the next few days.
In their latest youth devotional Dallin Oaks told kids to marry young and have kids right away,
That’s exactly what my mother did (me too) but unless you denounce Mormonism (LD$, Inc.) and turn to Jesus, the lies of Oaks, et al, will be disastrous.
Grateful that you got out as it’s encouraging to me and others the Lord is there for all of us! 😉
