Two Statues Depicting Jesus Christ Unveiled at Temple Square. Two new statues have debuted on the south side of the Salt Lake Temple, near the Temple Square Visitors’ Center plaza. Their placement comes at a meaningful time of year, the Easter season, which holds profound significance for Christians around the world as they commemorate the final week of Jesus Christ’s life, culminating in His Resurrection.
The two statues, “Jesus Christ Carrying the Cross” and “Jesus Christ in Gethsemane,” are visible to the public, but they are in an area of Temple Square still under construction.”

Several weeks ago, Melissa told me about the Church putting up the statute of Jesus carrying a cross. On March 25th I received an update from the Church announcing these statues.
Melissa and I both share the same theory. It’s mighty brazen of them to put the statue of Jesus with the cross in front of their temple.
You’ll notice in the image how their temple still adorns the Satanic markings. I wrote about this in 2010 – Inverted Stain Glass Pentagrams.
I can’t help but wonder what their past prophets and leaders would’ve thought about this one. They’ve gone out of their way to denounce anything that has to do with the cross.
Please pray it opens the eyes of ALL Mormons and makes them stop to wonder why they have to do works for the dead with a statue of Jesus and a cross sitting right next to the temple.
