Question mark 2Today we’re asking if you agree or disagree with the Supreme Court’s decision about a lawsuit filed against Abercrombie & Fitch.

Let me preface all this with a definitive statement that I do NOT approve of their ads or the majority of their clothing line. Because of that, I don’t shop there, nor would I apply for a job there. However, we have to wonder…should my choice of clothing be imposed upon others? Must everyone be forced to accept the choice I’ve made to wear a certain article of clothing?

Question mark 2I’m sure the average Christian’s first response to our hypothetical question would be no. I base this on my own reaction to such a question. Then I began thinking about an experience my husband Kirk and I had while living in Germany.

The little village we lived in was your quintessential Bavarian town with winding roads and the vast green fields that dots much of Germany’s landscape. In our village of Wahnwegen, many of the two story homes nestled next to each other were riddled with holes left by the bullets fired from machine guns.

Question mark 2In addition to our new monthly series, Discovering Grace, Melissa & I thought we’d also post a series we’re calling What Do You Think?We’ll be looking at various topics from world and national events, to the latest fads we see going on in the body of Christ.

With that in mind here’s our first question –

Earlier today I was the recipient of a mass e-mail urging all Christians to drop everything they’re doing this weekend and go see the latest ‘Christian’ movie, “Little Boy”.
