As of 1/18/2016, there are 149 LDS temples in operation worldwide. In addition to those, there’s another 14 under construction, and still another 10 recently announced. With all the massive amounts of money being dumped into these mega structures, we thought it’d be a good idea to review our comparison of the first temple the Nephites supposedly built here in the Americas with Solomon’s temple we know about in God’s word.

I just read an amazing testimony from a woman who was having doubts about Mormonism, but like many she tried to ignore what the Lord was revealing to her. I relate to many of the things she says. I also felt uneasiness in the temple the last time I was there, especially during the part where Satan looks at the audience and delivers his dramatic, threatening monologue to all who would even think about leaving the church.
A word of warning before you click on the link, some of her vocabulary might not sit well with some readers. We share her testimony with you because these things need to be addressed. As raw as her testimony is, it really hits home to what Mormonism is about, and the emotions one feels as they come to the realization that it’s all a farce.
