On the LDS Church’s Newsroom website I came across the following message and had to wonder why…
“Following the election of Pope Benedict XVI, the First Presidency issued the following statement:
“We join with men and women of goodwill everywhere in congratulating Cardinal Ratzinger on his election as Pope Benedict XVI.
Anyone or anything that disagrees with the LDS Church is considered anti-Mormon. Yet, the Church considers themselves to be a Christian church.
