Jeremiah 3:2-4; “Lift up thine eyes unto the high places, and see where thou hast not been lien with. In the ways hast thou sat for them, as the Arabian in the wilderness; and thou hast polluted the land with thy whoredoms and with thy wickedness. 3 Therefore the showers have been withholden, and there hath been no latter rain; and thou hadst a whore’s forehead, thou refusedst to be ashamed. 4 Wilt thou not from this time cry unto me, My father, thou art the guide of my youth?”
The Jeremiah passage above jumped off the page of my bible during my two year study of Jeremiah. To think I had polluted the land God created horrified me, as I’d never thought of the consequences of my actions as a Mormon in quite that way before.
I began putting more stock into all my actions from that time forward, and it’s definitely changed the way I operate on a daily basis even today. Case in point is our post today –
A FB friend of Life After posted a 25 second video of a Mormon Temple ceremony that we’ve reposted here, and on LAM’s FB page.
