Jeremiah 3:2-4; “Lift up thine eyes unto the high places, and see where thou hast not been lien with. In the ways hast thou sat for them, as the Arabian in the wilderness; and thou hast polluted the land with thy whoredoms and with thy wickedness. 3 Therefore the showers have been withholden, and there hath been no latter rain; and thou hadst a whore’s forehead, thou refusedst to be ashamed. 4 Wilt thou not from this time cry unto me, My father, thou art the guide of my youth?”

The Jeremiah passage above jumped off the page of my bible during my two year study of Jeremiah. To think I had polluted the land God created horrified me, as I’d never thought of the consequences of my actions as a Mormon in quite that way before.

I began putting more stock into all my actions from that time forward, and it’s definitely changed the way I operate on a daily basis even today. Case in point is our post today –

Below is a link to the film shown in the Mormon temple during the endowment ceremony.

As I watch this video I think back to a time I actually believed in what I was doing, I can’t believe I used to participate in this madness. Looking back now I wish that I would have seen then what I see now, it’s paganism there’s no other word for it. Satan stars as one of the leading roles with Jesus only receiving a minor one, and it’s not even the real Jesus. This video should sweep away any doubt in the minds of those wondering if Mormonism is really a cult.

Mormon Temple Videos

It’s hard to encapsulate into one word or even one phrase what it’s like going through the rituals in the Mormon temple.

The majority of people are immediately besieged with a creepy feeling from their experience, present company included.  While I personally wasn’t married in the temple or went through sealing ceremonies with my parents, I was baptized for the dead on numerous occasions.
