As I mentioned last week Melissa and I have been organizing all our quotes and as I’ve been going through these things some categories stood out more than others.
Today I’m listing a few of our quotes that I’ve called the ‘worst of the worst’. Sometimes the remarks that LDS leaders have come up with boggles my mind. I can’t get over how blasphemous some of these are.
I’m not pointing these out to bash or embarrass the Mormon people, rather I do this to alert them and to enlist Christians to pray for the Mormons to open their hearts to God. Thank you!
As you read the titles ask yourself if this sounds biblical. If it doesn’t, then there’s a problem!

GREAT LIST. Puts it all into perspective.
After going through just a few of these I can already tell that the rest are going to be more click bait. You are taking these quotes WAY out of context and although I cannot blame you for misinterpreting a quote, the statements you make underneath about what “it really means” are so wrong it’s not even funny.
Hi Anonymous, and thanks for commenting.
Please explain which quotes are misrepresented and taken way out of context. So they can promptly be addressed. This site deals with facts, evidence and, logic…not feelings. All these quotes are direct from the church leaders, they can be verified. Please, look them up for yourself in context.
It’s actually the LDS church that is doing the misrepresentation of Biblical scripture. Along with misrepresenting itself to unsuspecting members. It’s the church that doesn’t want you to learn about these blasphemous quotes. These quotes and any other material used here are all documented from LDS approved sources, and just a click bait away.
Looking forward to your reply.
Melissa
I’m surprised you responded but grateful. Going through every one of these quotes and analyzing them all personally would take some time and I don’t feel comfortable talking with an online stranger for too long (I am a minor which is why I left myself anonymous). But a good example to start with would be the “Christ couldn’t save anyone” part. As Jesus said: “The Son can do nothing of himself. . . . I can of mine own self do nothing.” This does look pretty blasphemous at first but you left out the whole verse in favor of replacing some key parts with … So I will fill in the part you left out, “Then answered Jesus and said unto them, verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise.”
This was not a statement to discredit Christ our savior as he is still our savior. But without The Father it would have been meaningless. We believe that The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit are all completely necessary to the Plan of Salvation. Plus this was a quote straight from the King James version of the Holy Bible (but you should know that). Also, you say you used to be a Mormon yourself which means you should know that the Jesus we worship is the same as the rest of all Christianity even if we don’t believe that Jesus and The Father are the same being.
I sent a reply but it hasn’t showed up on my end yet. Is this a process that takes a while or is there a reason I cannot see it?
Okay, I can’t see this one either. I’ll come back later then.
