The Scripture Say I and my father are one & again that the father son & holy ghost are one I John 5 ch. 7 vers But these three agree in the Same thing & did the Saviour pray to the father. I pray not for the world but those [w]home he gave me out of the world that we might be one, or to Say be of one mind in the unity of the faith.
but Every one being a diffrent or Seperate person & So is god & is god & Jesus Christ & the holy ghost. Seperate persons. but the all agree in one or the Self Same thing But the holy ghost is yet a Spiritual body and waiting to take to himself a body. as the Savior did or as god did or the gods before them took bodies for the Saviour Says the work that my father did do i also & those are the works he took himself a a body & then laid down his life that he might take it up again & the Scripture Say those who will obey the commandments shall be heirs of god & Joint heirs with of Jesus Christ we then also took bodys to lay them down, to take them up again & the Sperit itself bears witness with our Spirits that we are the children of god & if children then heirs and Joint heirs with Jesus Christ if So be that we Suffer with him in the flesh that we may be also glorified to gether. 1 John 5:7, 10: “For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. 10 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.”
Note: this sermon by Mr. Smith took place 8 days before his death…
It’s too bad Mr. Smith didn’t read further into the text he held in his hands. 1 John 5:10 is a very fitting verse for those who reject His Word, and the word of God.
To claim members of the Trinity constitute three separate beings is to deny God altogether. I wonder if Smith knew this when he preached such blasphemy, or if the those listening to his demonic teachings ever awoke to the truth (my family for example, and perhaps yours too). No matter how you read 1 John 5:10, it can only be interpreted in one way.
If you don’t believe God after being told the truth, you’re the liar.
If Mr. Smith’s interpretation of the ancient Egyptian papyri was proven to be false, why would his interpretation of another ancient language (Koine Greek) be any different?
And by the way…
Just how long is the Mormon Holy Ghost doomed to wait upon getting himself a body?
How did he become the holy ghost of Mormonism?
From where did this entity originate?
The Church has defined him in many ways throughout the years, but three key questions are left unanswered –
Where did he come from?
How long does he have to wait to get a body?
Who will give birth to him so he can get a body?
Sounds like the demons that begged to enter the swine.
