John 4:24 “God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.”
Numbers 23:19 “God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?”
Alma 31:15 “Holy, holy God; we believe that thou art God, and we believe that thou art holy, and that thou wast a spirit, and that thou art a spirit, and that thou wilt be a spirit forever.”
Doctrine and Covenants 130:22 “The Father has a body of flesh and bones as tangible as man’s; the Son also; but the Holy Ghost has not a body of flesh and bones, but is a personage of Spirit. Were it not so, the Holy Ghost could not dwell in us.” — Joseph Smith, April 1843
Today we’ve listed God’s word first as a reminder the measure of truth comes from God and none else.
If a Mormon were to search for a description of their god, they’re going to find a number of problems. Is their god an exalted man, or a spirit? The Book of Mormon states he’s a spirit, but their founder Joe Smith, said he’s an exalted man.
We pulled just seven references for an example.
Can you imagine having to sift through this if you’re trying to grow closer to your god, and this is what you find?
Alma 18:2 — 5, 26 — 28; 22:8 —11; Mosiah 15:3 — 5 ~ God is Spirit
Doctrine and Covenants 93:21— 23 ~ God is man
Pray for Mormons to stay alert enough to see this huge problem, and compare it with the Bible that never changes, or contradicts itself!
With Love in Christ;

Alma 18:4 also reveals God to be a spirit.
More Contradictions between Joseph Smith and the scriptures: In at least seven (7) places (verses) in the Book of Mormon, it clearly states that God became flesh ,in the person of Jesus Christ, so that He could shed his blood on the cross and that through the shedding of his blood, mankind could have eternal life with God.
And yet, Joseph Smith claims to receive revelations that constantly contradict the Word of God. The revelations that JS received are a large part due to his imagination and the fact that of he did indeed, receive revelations from a spiritual source, those revelations may well have been from Satan himself.”Casting down imaginations and everything that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. And marvel not,: for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light (2 Corinthians 10:5; 2 Corinthians 11: 14)
GOD HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE LDS CHURCH..ITS SATANS CHURCH
I don’t believe in Mormonism, but you are badly mischaracterizing the verses you cite from the Book of Mormon.
Alma 31:15 is a teaching of a heretical group in the Book of Mormon, not a teaching of the book itself.
In the other Alma citations, Ammon a missionary to the Lamanites is simply equating God with the “Great Spirit” that King Lamoni believes in; he is not stating that God is a spirit.
Mosiah 15:3-5 states that the flesh of Christ was subject to the will of the spirit, not that God is a spirit (though you might infer that the Father is spirit from passage).
You can do better, Michelle
