‘Ye shall not steal, neither deal falsely, neither lie one to another.’ Leviticus 19:11
General Conference, ‘The Testimony of Jesus,’ April 2024 “Our Father’s hope is that we will choose — and, through the grace of His Son, qualify for — the highest and most glorious of these kingdoms, the celestial, where we may enjoy eternal life as joint-heirs with Christ” — D. Todd Christofferson
Isaiah 64:6 “But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.”
Ephesians 4:4 “There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling”.
Mr. Christofferson contradicted himself and the Bible.
Surely the Lord would have told us if there were different ways to get to heaven!
Grace can’t be earned, and no amount of works will qualify anyone for heaven. Grace makes works obsolete!
Lastly beloved, Mr. Christofferson also contradicted Dale Renlund who had just told everyone that salvation can’t be earned. Remember that James said, ‘A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.’ James 1:8
Please ask the Mormon in your life what they think of these things!
