‘And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.’ Matthew 24:11
August 29 — Latter-day Deceivers. Ensign, ‘He Lives’, November 1999, 89 “As one of His Apostles, authorized to bear witness of Him, I solemnly testify that I know that the Savior lives, that He is a resurrected, glorified personage of perfect love. I witness that He gave His life that we might live with Him eternally. He is our hope, our Mediator, our Redeemer.” – Richard S. Scott

Romans 3:13 “Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips.”

Question: Is no one else allowed to testify of Jesus because this man claims to be authorized and if so where does it say that in the Bible?
Why did Jesus give directives to go out and preach HIS gospel if all true believers aren’t authorized to talk about Him? Matt. 28:18-20.
Furthermore, their personage of perfect love is a created polygamist and not the One True God of the Bible.
This man is authorized to speak of their redeemer, but he’s certainly not authorized to present the biblical Jesus in the manner he does while belonging to the Mormon Church.
Statements like Mr. Scott’s may seem innocuous however they’re the most dangerous when they claim to be another representation of Christianity.
I’d much rather they just come out and say, “hey we’re not the Christian church you think of when you say “Christian”. We believe in a Jesus that was begotten by a god who had sex with his creation. That would be honest.
Pray for Mormons to question talks like this and for Jesus to intervene!

[…] Latter-day Deceivers – Richard S. Scott and the lies he told about worshiping the Lord. […]
I read this the other day, and I just loved it, and want to share it…
It said basically ( paraphrasing), you can choose to eat from the tree of knowledge of good and evil, or from the tree of life. Which do you choose?
My two cents is… if you have to think about it, or don’t care, you should be scared. And I pray you look into it to figure it out.
Stay in His Word,
