The title of our article today is but a snippet into the minds of early Mormonism and the way they collectively spoke about the body of Christ. The small section from ‘The Women of Mormondom’ gives usWomen of Mormondom a close up look into the minds of those who obeyed Joe Smith and Brigham Young.

This book, written by Eliza Roxcy Snow, is a compilation of early Mormon teachings, some historical data, and interviews of prominent members of the Church, conducted by Ms. Snow. Not only was Eliza the older sister of Mormonism’s 5th prophet/president, Lorenzo Snow, she was also the widow of both Joseph Smith, and Brigham Young, in addition to serving as the 1st LDS Relief Society Secretary under Emma Smith.

This short lesson we’re looking at today gives us a concise, yet comprehensive, understanding on the Church’s teachings about Adam’s role as Michael the Archangel. Additionally, because Mormons can’t do anything without slamming the body of Christ, they couldn’t help but include an unnecessary opinion about Christianity  along with it.
