The transcript below comes from classroom notes and discussions at BYU. The professor, Dr. Marcus Martins, was discussing the creation of the earth with his students. He used several different sources of information such as diaries, newspapers and sermons all provided by the Church. The last three paragraphs of his notes were taken from a section of the LDS owned church publication, The Millennial Star. The topic was on the creation of the earth.
