Zion Will Not Be Moved
D&C 101:17; “Zion shall not be moved out of her place, notwithstanding her children are scattered.”
Prophecy given in Kirtland, OH on December 16, 1833. Also see History of the Church 2:458-464.
The Church will tell you that Zion has multiple meanings – it could be an actual place or it could mean a place in your heart. (See lds.org, topics, Zion.) This prophecy is obviously meant for a literal place and Zion is now in Utah so it has indeed moved.

D&C 101: 17-18
Zion shall not be moved out of her place, notwithstanding her children are scattered.
They that remain, and are pure in heart, shall return, and come to their inheritances, they and their children, with songs of everlasting joy, to build up the waste places of Zion—
I agree that this is talkinjg about Zion as the location, but you still don’t get it. Zion is not in Utah. Zion does not move simply because the church headquaters move.
Zion is in Missouri, and it always will be. It has not moved, even though the saints, or the children of Zion, were scattered. Zion is still right there, and one day the faithful will again inherit the land and build up a righteous city to God (which is what verse 18 is prophecying).
Just because you think you know what and where Zion is does not prove that anything here is false.
Joseph Smith is a false prophet as his words do not agree with the Bible, the proven Word of God. Therefore, his Zion prophesy is false. (This test of a false prophet is in the Bible itself and posted in another page on this website)
I have yet to find any disagreement between what Joseph Smith said and what the Bible says. There is plenty of disagreement between your interpretation of the Bible and his interpretation of it, but that is a very different thing.
