February 14 – The Greatest Love of All. 1 John 4:19 “We love him, because he first loved us”.
_____
God so loved us dear one, that He sent His Only Begotten Son (John 3:16) to die for you, and me, personally.
Think today of His great love for you. Agapao in the Greek means love, or ‘beloved’. It’s derivative comes from a deliberate sense of the will, His will, because of His fondness for you. It’s unfathomable to the Mormon that anyone could love them this much, let alone God, so make sure you send them a love letter from God. Share this scripture! Share how important it is for them to know that He loves us regardless of our failures, and He loved us before we did anything good.
And by the way, do you love your kids only because you think they’re going to do something for you in this deal of raising them? If so, you’re in for a rude awakening dear one.

“Love is always associated with and manifest through service.” Mormon Doctrine, p 459.
In the Mormon church, God’s love is always a “conditional” love. God will bless you: IF, you go to the temple regularly: IF, you pay your tithes; IF, you attend sacrament meeting every week; IF, if you are married, otherwise you can’t live forever in the presence with God; IF, you perform all your Home Teaching assignment; IF, you have had the Saving Ordinances performed on you in the temple::IF, you don’t read Anti- Mormon literature: If, you get your kids baptized at 8 years old or as soon as possible if a convent:IF, you help set up tables and chairs for this week’s sacrament meetings.
There are so many “IFs” in the Mormon church regarding God’s love for its members, that most members never know (have the faith), that they will live with God in His Celestial Kingdom:(highest level of)
