December 31 — Favorite Quotations from the Collection of Thomas S. Monson, p. 47 “Missionary work is the lifeblood of the Kingdom. When the blood stops flowing, the Kingdom stops growing. Spencer W. Kimball”. – Thomas S. Monson

Mark 4:11-12 “And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables: 12 That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them”.

There is nothing man can do to add to the kingdom of God. God adds to His ruling kingdom on His own.
To insinuate you add or subtract anything to what God does or rules over is nothing short of pride. Furthermore, if Jesus isn’t the lifeblood of the Kingdom, no one is. This isn’t about us and what we can do, but Him and what He’s done!
We can pray the kingdom grows and we can pray for His kingdom to come and His will to be done (Matt. 6:10); apart from that there’s nothing we can do or say. Our focus must always be to seek His Kingdom first (Matt 6:33).
Pray that Mormons would see the fallacy in what Mr. Monson said.

[…] Mormon Missionaries are Lifeblood of Church […]
It’s about Jesus not missionary work. It’s not about Joseph Smith or the LDS church. It’s what Jesus did for us. Prayers for all Mormons. When its all about your so called prophet, he is a false prophet.
M.j.
Amen to that over and over again!
