Mormon Decisions 10Journal of Discourses 14:203; “Well, now, examine the character of the Savior, and examine the characters of those who have written the Old and New Testaments; and then compare them with the character of Joseph Smith, the founder of this work—the man whom God called and to whom he gave the keys of Priesthood, and through whom he has established his Church and kingdom for the last time, and you will find that his character stands as fair as that of any man’s mentioned in the Bible. LDS General AuthoritiesMormonism is a works based faith, of this there is no doubt.  We’ve written in exhaustive measure how the Church keeps members busy, so busy it’s hard to find private alone time to actually sit in silence in order to read and study the Bible.

March 17 – 1 Corinthians 14:33 tells us that God is never a God of confusion.  “For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints”.

The Mormon Church teaches that three of the twelve apostles never died.  If this is the case, then why do the Mormons claim the church needed to be restored?

Introduction of 3 Nephi 28.  “Each of the twelve is granted his heart’s desire – Three elect to remain on earth until the Lord comes in his glory…They are made immune to death and disaster”.
