 In Mormonism, the Holy Ghost is the third member of the Godhead. He doesn’t have a physical body like the Mormon god and Jesus; he is a spirit. After you have been baptized into the Mormon Church, you are then able to receive the Holy Ghost. This involves two or more priesthood holders laying their hands on your head, praying a blessing on you to receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. This blessing enables you to have the Holy Ghost as your spiritual guide, provided you continue to uphold the covenants made at your baptism. (more…)
