January 3 –– Do Mormons Help Fulfill God’s Prophecies? Psalm 2:1 “WHY do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?”

Acts 4:25-28 “Who by the mouth of thy servant David hast said, Why did the heathen rage, and the people imagine vain things? 26 The kings of the earth stood up, and the rulers were gathered together against the Lord, and against his Christ. 27 For of a truth against thy holy child Jesus, whom thou hast anointed, both Herod, and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles, and the people of Israel, were gathered together, 28 For to do whatsoever thy hand and thy counsel determined before to be done.”

John 20:25 The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the Lord. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe.”

If you know anything about Mormonism you’ve most certainly heard the phrase, ‘Of course we’re Christian, Jesus’ name is in the title of our church’.

Many have questioned why anyone would doubt their claim of being a Christian organization because of how ‘nice’ they seem to be outwardly, along with their clean-cut appearance. For sure, they do seem like someone you could write home about.

Aside from all the claims they’ve made about being a Christian organization from Joe Smith onward, Christians can be assured Mormons aren’t speaking truth based on one thing an LDS apostle said.
