If Christians are anti-Mormon, are Mormons anti-Christian?

We posted this in 2012, and still haven’t seen anything from the Church denouncing the things they’ve taught on their feelings about Christianity. Below is our original post –

I signed up for Google-Alerts a few years back so I could get a heads up on top Mormon issues every day.

Now every morning when I download e-mails I keep seeing reports throughout the world of “anti-Mormons” doing this or that and how they’re out to get those un-offending Mormon people.

Answers: Straightforward Answers to Tough Gospel Questions, pp. 215 – 216; “There is an important point in all of this, Elder,” I said. “Never let anyone outside the Church tell you what the Church teaches. You were sent out to teach, not to be taught (see D&C 43:15). The doctrines of the Church will always come to you through the channels that the Lord ordained, and the Lord didn’t ordain anti-Mormon literature as one of those channels.” – Joseph Fielding McConkie

Mormon Decisions 10Improvement Era, Vol. 58, No. 7, July 1955, p. 494; “Shedding innocent blood is spoken of in the scriptures as consenting to the death of Jesus Christ and putting him to shame. Facebook and Anti-Mormons

On Wednesday I was notified by a fellow Christian about a new Facebook page listing Christian ministries that are considered “anti-Mormons” to members of the LDS Church.

The purpose of the FB page serves as a warning for fellow members of Mormonism that visiting other FB pages or websites of these supposed “anti-Mormons” could be detrimental to their spiritual walk.

Isn’t it odd that just this week I asked the question if Christians are anti-Mormon would that mean Mormons are anti-Christian?
