Maintain that mighty change by partaking of the sacrament, turning one’s life to the temple and loving and serving neighbors. … This change of heart is not an event; it takes faith, repentance and constant spiritual work to happen. …

In those moments, follow the example of Peter. Turn to the Savior right away.

“Now is the time and the day of your salvation. … Do not procrastinate the day of your repentance.”8
