Twice a year (May & November) the Church instructs Visiting Teachers to choose a talk from their General Conferences held the previous month (April & October) to use as a lesson for their Visiting Teaching Message.
With that in mind, we chose an unconventional talk that wasn’t necessarily intended for the entire Mormon populace. The talk we chose was delivered by LDS Apostle, M. Russell Ballard entitled ‘The Greatest Generation of Young Adults’.

Brothers and sisters, seeing and believing the Lord’s miracles as He establishes His kingdom on earth can help us see and believe that the Lord’s hand is at work in our own lives as well.

Daniel 2:44,45; “And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever. 45 Forasmuch as thou sawest that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it brake in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great God hath made known to the king what shall come to pass hereafter: and the dream is certain, and the interpretation thereof sure.”
Luke 1:33; “And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.”
1 Corinthians 15:24; “Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.”
Revelation 11:15; “And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.”
Anyone or anything that disagrees with the LDS Church is considered anti-Mormon. Yet, the Church considers themselves to be a Christian church.
