The Lord’s directives are pretty straightforward. There’s no doubt Joe Smith didn’t get the memo, or he rationalized his ungodly behavior for the sake of himself and his god.
Today we’re looking at a few of the books that were easily available to Smith when he lived in Palmyra, NY. Like yesterday when we looked at the sources from where he retrieved info to plagiarize his vision, key portions of the following books can be found in the Book of Mormon. If you’re inspired of God to translate something, why are you stealing?

During the months of May and November Mormons are encouraged to pick a talk from the previous General Conference to share with those who they Visit Teach. As soon as I saw the title of the talk I’m about to share with you I knew this was the one! 😊
The title is:
“The Book of Mormon: What Would Your Life Be Like without It?” by President Russell M. Ballard
Why is it Mormon leaders are so concerned about their people reading the Book of Mormon? Could it be that they are afraid if the members of the Church are getting into their Bibles, and studying them daily, they will see just how wrong Mormonism is?

Today we’re looking at a false prophecy in the Book of Mormon. Even though the Church has told us the BoM isn’t necessarily an historical fact, they keep claiming Joseph Smith is prophesied about in its narrative.
The BoM also tells us Smith’s lineage is found in a line of Jews not mentioned in the Bible. Although the Church doesn’t believe the Bible has been translated correctly, the part about Joseph of Egypt is apparently okay.
Now, if this isn’t confusing enough, wait, there’s more. Here’s how the this thing plays itself out.
