Earlier today I received an e-mail from my good friend Ed Decker who delivered the sad news of the passing of a giant in the field of missionary works – Pat Matrisciana.

March 17 – Secretly Hiding Book of Mormon Changes. 1 Corinthians 14:33 tells us that God is never a God of confusion. “For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints”.

While everything around us has changed in the blink of an eye, so has the Church’s schedule!
They announced an immediate change to their General Conference for April 2020. As of right now the only way to see the Conference is on a television screen. The change, of course, stems from the Corona Virus (COVID-19).
In an effort to help prevent spreading the disease, this also means there will be no gatherings at Stake Centers, or wards, to watch the conference.
Furthermore, senior missionaries, and young missionaries with underlying health issues in the 22 missions across Europe, will all be returning home immediately. All MTC’s (Missionary Training Centers) for those missions will be held virtually.

“These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.” Acts 17:11
Reading over an article in the latest ‘Friend’ Magazine, two bible verses kept coming to mind. One was the reminder from the Apostle Peter in the book of Acts, and the other was the warning from Jesus of what will happen to those who lie to little children.
“It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.” Luke 17:2
We’re also wondering why they don’t teach these kids what it says in 2 Peter 2:15 about studying to show yourself approved unto God?
All that aside, those bible verses weren’t part of this month’s lesson to little Mormon kids. Instead, they were fed a diet of lies encouraging them to pray to a nonexistent entity like Enos did in the BoM. (more…)

On March 10, 2020 I moseyed on over to the Church’s front page and found an ad for an upcoming performance by their choir.
Clicking on the link brought me the biggest surprise I’ve had in a long while.
The link opens to a page advertising their promotion of a concert series held every other year, ‘Handel’s Messiah’. The wording they used is nothing but a ploy beloved!
In a conniving attempt to trick the unsuspecting, LDS Inc. decided to use the phrase ‘Good Friday’ without maligning it at the same time. The phrase, ‘Good Friday’ isn’t part of the Mormon vernacular, and never has been. (more…)

We found a great explanation of the priesthood at GotQuestions.org we think will bless all those who read it! We pray you’ll share the info with a Mormon you know. This has to be one of the saddest lies this church tells.
There’s absolutely nothing we can do to earn our salvation, and we have to ask – which drop of Jesus’ blood wasn’t enough? (more…)
